Who are Marc and Linda Kuhnley?
Marc and Linda are long time residents of the Twin Cities. They have raised their families in Bloomington and South Minneapolis and are currently living once again in West Bloomington where they concentrate much of their real estate business.
Marc's background prior to his career in real estate includes working as a national sales manager for a retail distributor. He has always enjoyed sales but found his true niche in residential real estate sales some 16 years ago.
While Linda was born and raised in Chippewa Falls, WI. She came to MN in the early 70's where she graduated from St. Olaf College. She has worked primarily in retail and interior design before going into real estate. She was co-founder of the local retail store called elements. "It seems everything I have done has always related somehow to housing."
Marc loves most sports. He particularly loves hockey and although he has long ago hung up his skates he enjoys being a spectator. He has a true love of the outdoors where he is often found either fishing or boating. Together Marc & Linda share a passion for gardening.
Linda has a background in art which has lead her to "mostly painting walls". She has worked in several interior design positions and she loves antiques, shopping, collecting, gardening, reading and spending time with
family & friends.
The Kuhnleys are dedicated to reaching out to their community. In 1996 they brought the concept of an agent driven organization to benefit the homeless to Edina Realty and the rest is history. The Edina Realty Foundation for the Homeless was established and today it has grown to be a multi million dollar foundation.
Together they enjoy their cabin on Gull Lake and so it was a natural for them to create Cabin Hunters. For them working together in real estate is often like not working at all. They enjoy meeting new people, making new friends and helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
